How to deal with Rejection
1. Time heals all wounds
Even though the emotional pain is real and it does hurt; keep in mind that it will all come to pass.
2. Engage in a physical activity
It may be a chess club, basketball or soccer team, choir, or theater. The main point is that you keep yourself occupied instead of moping around. Physical activity allows you to shed the stress.
3. Travel
Traveling always helps opening the door to possibly meet someone new. Besides you will have fun in visiting and learning in a whole new city, state or country.
4. Meet new people
Different activities as well as traveling will allow you to meet new people. Sometimes something as little as changing your daily routine will bring you to meet someone new.
